VISION
Simon’s Recovery Outreach is formed with the belief that every person in a community should be afforded the dignity of housing and provisions that give them the opportunity to stand on their own. There are circumstances that may cause people to fall short. However, in the community, we are to ensure that those that fall are not permanently harmed. Protecting those that find themselves victimized is a community responsibility. Our vision is to have in place the resources and support to meet those transitional needs.
