In The Works

One of the major crises happening in this country is housing, with the people affected most being the homeless, veterans,  displaced, unemployed and under-employed. The ability to acquire safe and suitable housing has become more and more a challenge in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex.

Our target project is a miniature housing community. We expect to acquire 5 to 10 acres of land in proximity to several of our municipal hubs. With those parcels, we will build miniature house communities that will accommodate homeless, displaced, underemployed persons on a short term basis; allowing them space with dignity to recover and find permanent housing arrangements.

This project will be modeled after arrangements that have been successfully started in the Northwest United States. One example is The Progressive Skyway Tiny House Village in Seattle, WA.

EMERGENCY STRIKE TEAM

Dallas/ Fort Worth sits  just below the tornado alley corridor and just out of harm’s way from hurricanes that affect the Gulf Coast. What has been a concern of ours and continues to be on our radar is all the lives, families and persons that are displaced and disrupted by these weather events caused by global warming.
